One of the quickest, easiest recipes on the blog! This is packed full of flavor, veggies and is the perfect low carb dish. If you want to have carbs with it, simply add diced sweet or red potatoes. You can also serve it along side jasmine rice. See the recipe below!
-Butterball Natural Hardwood Smoked Turkey Sausage 13oz. pack
-Veggies (this is the fun part- you can choose any vegetables your heart desires) My favorites that pair great with the sausage are red onion, carrots, broccoli, fresh green beans, red and yellow bell peppers.
-1 tablespoon Olive oil or avocado oil
-Salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, parsley (other: italian, Mrs. Dash Table Blend, chili powder, etc.)
-Preheat oven to 400 degress
-Grease a sheet pan with cooking spray
-Slice your Turkey Sausage into your desired thickness. I prefer 1/2 inch slices.
-Wash, clean and dry your vegetables. Chop them and toss them all into a large bowl.
-Top with tablespoon of oil of your choice, add seasonings, and toss together until vegetables coated.
-Spread vegetable blend onto your greased sheet pan.
-Place the sausage on top of the vegetables.
-Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 mins.
-Serve hot and enjoy!
