The perfect breakfast dish to meal prep for the week, an easy, quick dinner or for the holidays! Loaded with delicious flavors, creamy feta cheese and micronutrients.
-12 dozen eggs
-Butterball Turkey Sausage Links
-Salt & Pepper
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Grease a baking dish, depending how thick you’d like your frittata, you can use a 9x13 or 11x14. -Crack your eggs in a bowl, whisk until smooth, add salt and pepper. Pour into your greased baking dish. -Chop your turkey sausage links & add to the egg mix. I use 6 links but you can add more depending on how much sausage you’d like. -Chop your spinach and Add to your egg mixture. -Sprinkle your egg, sausage and spinach mixture with feta cheese. Use your whisk and mix everything together. -Bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 mins. -Best served hot! Enjoy!
