Healthy Turkey Chili

This is the perfect dish for cold nights, meal prep, and or a great comfort food dish without all of the calories.


-93/7 Lean Ground Turkey

-1 white onion

-1 can of black beans

-1 can of pinto beans

-1 can of pork N beans

-1 can of dark kidney beans

-2 cans of no salt added rotel tomatoes with green chilies (mild)

-1 packet of Mrs Dash Chili Seasoning or Lower Sodium Chili Seasoning

-Salt, pepper, garlic powder


-Light Sour Cream


-Wonton Strips


-Reduced Fat or Vegan Cheese


-Chop onion and dice. Add to pot with small amount of olive oil. Cook until translucent.

-Add Turkey and cook until brown. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

-Drain all of your beans and rinse

-Add to pot, along with canned tomatoes. -Add chili packet and 1/2-1 cup of water depending on desired thickness. Stir together. -Bring all ingredients to a boil. -Reduced heat to low medium for 20-30 minutes. -Serve hot and add optional ingredients. You can get creative here! -Enjoy!
